ROOFLIFTERS developed the CribPost® system for the sole purpose of lifting existing roofs of large industrial and commercial buildings. This system and method incorporates 10 separate patents, the earliest dating to 1972, all of which were designed in-house by ROOFLIFTERS. Over the past 30 years, this system for lifting roofs has been fine tuned and perfected. It is this unrivaled experience upon which our clients rely and trust.

CribPost® System

The CribPost® system is best described as a series of temporary hydraulic post-shores that can be extended to nearly any reasonable height. Each post is built up of multiple two-foot bolted sections. The bottom of the post is contained within a frame that houses a hydraulic jack which pushes the post upward and allows new sections to be added at the bottom as lifting progresses. All hydraulic work is done at ground level, the hydraulics are not clamped to a location multiple feet off the ground, which ensures the safety and speed of all hydraulic work.
