In the next month, ROOFLIFTERS, will be expanding TWO buildings.

SAIL, a company founded more than 40 years ago, is opening its newest location in Vaughn, Ontario. It is one of the largest networks of outdoor, camping, hunting and fishing stores in Eastern Canada.


Project Summary:
Roof area to raised:   19,000 SF
Current clear height:   28 feet
New clear height:   34 feet


Purpose:
To take advantage of a superior location, SAIL required that the clear height in this existing center match their operational requirements.  A simple solution for a national retail outlet.

Durapaint Industries Limited has been supplying coated products for buildings throughout the world since 1987, during which time they have earned a reputation in the coating industry second to none.

Roof area to raised:   18,800 SF
Current clear height:   18 feet
New clear height:   38 feet


Purpose:
To accommodate the installation of a higher capacity production line that allows them to match the increased growth of their business.
